Business Setup Cost in Abu Dhabi

In collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and other government agencies, the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) has reduced business setup fees by more than 90%, to Dh 1,000. The new fee schedule went into effect on July 27, 2021.

Some fees that were previously due to various public bodies will no longer be collected under the new rate. Six activities covered by the business license are eligible for the lower cost.

ADDED, the Department of Municipality and Transport, Abu Dhabi Chamber membership fees, CoC (Certificate of Conformity) issuance fees, and other fees imposed by Abu Dhabi regulatory bodies based on the type of business will all be covered.
